Basic Configuration of the Whole Machine
1.The machine base is made of integral steel plate, and the main wall plate is 16 mm thick. All of them adopt laser cutting technology. The machine has good rigidity after cold and heat treatment.
2.The guide plate is regulated by two-sided screw, electrically adjustable, and the upper and lower guide plates can be regulated simultaneously.
3 The main bearings and bearing seats are well-known brand bearings.

Basic structure and working principle

According to the structure, it can be divided into two kinds: double folding and side sticking.

2) The folding part: The folding part is composed of a 50 mm bottom and a 50 mm wide turning belt.Complete the second broken line 180 degrees on both sides.The fourth broken line is fully combined at 180 degrees; the left and right guide wheels are adjusted according to different positions to match the folding more smoothly; the lower bearing guides the belt to run correctly.
3)Pressure part: adjustable length of upper and lower transmission; continuous automatic box-building mode to ensure that the box accurately enters the conveying part.There are three counting modes such as kickboard device, which can be based on different box types. Paper adjusting system makes the pressing of boxes more perfect.
4)Conveyor: The whole conveyor can move forward and backward; balanced pressure, neat conveyor, to ensure perfect quality; rubber can form a set of functional devices.
