FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS

3,The transmission gear adopts the high-quality steel, which is grinded after heat-treatment. It can reach six grade precision.

7,Adopting oil pump automatic lubrication system to keep lifetime of the parts in the machine.

FEEDING FUNCTION (Lead-edge Feeding with Rexroth Controller made by Germany)
1,It has protective device when main motor starts. If the machine has not been locked, the main motor can not start. The main motor uses frequency motor to save energy.
- Lead-edge feeding adopts servo-controller feeding system with automatic cam. It can increase the precision of feeding with rubber wheel and absorbing blower.
3,Installed dusting negative pressure device, good-quality import brushes, can clean the matter on the paper surface and increase the printing quality.
4,The upper feeding roll is wrapped with antifriction rubber and the lower feeding roll is knurling and chromeplated, all of rollers do balance alignment.
- Automatic adjust the side-baffle and back-baffle. Add flap device on the right baffle.
- The pressure of upper feeding roll and lower feeding roll controlled by PLC.
PRINTING FUNCTION
1,Automatic inking device for anilox roll and rubber plate (In feeding anilox roll drops and contacts printing plate; it rises to separate from the printing plate when stop feeding).
- Electric phase-adjusting mechanism, planet-gear structure.
- Adopting PLC to control the printing phase by the way of touch screen adjusting at will. (Adjustment when running and stopping is OK). It has reset to zero and memory function.
4,Adopting electromagnetic clutch braking mechanism, while the machine separates or the phase is adjusting, the brakes can restrict the revolving of the machine and keep the point of original gear's position.
5,Quickly cleaning the ink device, it memory the reset position after cleaning plate.
6,All of pressure is operated automatic.
7,The traverse pf printing plate is adjusted automatic within ±10mm.
8,Adopted the pulling roll to transfer the paperboard and the pressure controlled by PLC.
A Chamber Doctor Blade System
1,The blade raze the extra ink from ceramic anilox roll to increase the quality of the overprinting.
2,The pneumatic ink pump supply the ink circularly.
3,Automatic alarm when lack of ink to avoid the blade damage the anilox roll.
SLOTTER FUNCTION (single shaft with pre-creasing and creasing double creasing)
1,The upper of pre-creasing, creasing-wheels cover anvil cushion, can not damage paper.
2,The space of the pre-creasing-wheel, creasing-wheel can be adjusted by PLC automatically. The screen panel shows the adjusted data.
3,Single slotter boss, pre-creasing device and creasing device.
4,Electric phase-adjusting device and adopting planet-gear structure.
- Adopting PLC and touch screen to control the slotter phase, converter adjustment.
- Adopting PLC and touch screen to control the height of carton.
- Upper boss and lower boss are coupled to keep the knives aligned while pre-creasing and creasing wheels moving together.
- It can storage the orders.
DIE-CUTTING FUNCTION
- Anvil cushion roll movement from left to right is 40 mm with mechanism.
- Electric phase-adjusting mechanism, planet-gear structure.
- The anvil cushion roll will rise to avoid damage when stop feeding, so it can increase the lifetime.
- Speed-different compensate device can control the surface speed of the anvil cushion roll.
- Adopting PLC to control the die-cutting phase by the way of touch screen adjusting at will.
- Automatic trimming device to make the anvil cushion flat to reduce the pressure of die-cutter.

- The machine is constructed with four sections, which are feeding, folding, power, squaring and stacking count section.
- Feeding section front back and side baffle can be adjusted automatic or manual.
- Folding section, the speed of the two sides for the lower folding belt can be adjusted separately to weak the tail phenomenon.
- The method of glue coating is roller coating mechanically, this method is reliable and easy to maintain.
- The driving section is providing the stable power to the whole machine. The space of the pulling rollers can be adjusted and the blower position and air volume for squaring can be adjusted as well.
- The position of baffle on squaring section can be adjusted automatically and fine adjusting function is also provided.
- A vacuum fan is installed under the ejection belt and a blower is installed at stacking place, which are benefit to the ejecting and stacking function.
8,The machine has high automation and almost all the adjustment can be done automatically.
