Automatic feeder unit

• The paper is fed by suction under the imported paper conveyor belt, and the stacking is automatically input to ensure the smooth and high speed of paper feeding.
• Unique mechanical design can quickly and simply adjust, side guide plate, feed knife and paper belt separate, convenient to change paste size.

 

Automatic glue unit

• The width of carton gluing is 20-30mm, and the method of bottom gluing is adopted. 2,According to the box type, the rubber box can be moved left and right.
• The paste quantity can be controlled, the glue quantity is stable, the capacity is large, and the maintenance is simple.
• All materials are made of pure stainless steel, never rusty and durable.

 

Automatic Folding unit

• Imported high friction belt is used for conveying. The paper feeding speed is synchronized with that of the host machine. The speed can be controlled by frequency conversion.
• The replacement product is adjusted by pressing the button manually, which is convenient and fast
• Indentation wheel, indentation knife, side wheel (paper rubbing tape), clapper can well control the occurrence of scissors.

 

Automatic Counting unit

• The packing part clapping board can adjust the fishtail mark of the carton.
• Select the corresponding stacking quantity on the display screen, set the number of sheets to be counted, and set the range of sheets: 15, 20 and 25.

Automatic strapping section

• Manually put the cartons into the automatic strapping machine for binding
• Two binding, into a cross into a = font, pneumatic, with four sides of the regular, compact binding function. (optional)
