Automatic folder gluer & stitcher machine

Uses and Features:

• QH-Intelligent Automatic folder gluer & stitcher Machine consists of four parts: vacuum feeding part, gluing folding part, stitching box part and counting and stacking output part.
• All motors use Taiwan Shengbang motors, except for variable frequency motors. Frequency conversion speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control (double PLC, double touch screen), electric adjustment of the whole machine, only need to input three data (length, width, height size) on the touch screen, the machine automatically adjusts in place. The operation is simple and reliable. The stitcher  box part and the glue box part can be controlled separately. The maximum car speed of the box gluer is 180 m/min, and the average glue box speed is 150 m/min; the stitcher box has 4 nails and 70 pieces/min. High speed and energy saving, saving labor cost.

Stitching Unit :
It can be controlled independently, and the stitching head is automatically raised and lowered, so that it can freely convert the glue box and the stitcher  box function without removing any parts, one-key adjustment, and the operation is simple and fast. Three-servo control, using the manipulator to push the paper structure (the front block and the back push), the cardboard forming is more accurate.
Counting accumulation output:  
1. The principle of counting and stacking is simple and reliable, and the entire stacking section is moved laterally to ensure stable output of cartons with large offset openings.

Pre-creasing unit:

Introduction to Electrical Control Section

It adopts color touch human-machine interface and Siemens main control PLC control (dual touch screen, dual PLC), which is easy to operate and highly humanized.
