Product Description

• The box gluer is mainly suitable for small packaging and long corrugated boxes, such as cosmetics, medicines, wine boxes, CD bags, express bags, four-corner hexagonal boxes, other cardboard and micro-corrugated packaging (customized machines according to different box types). The box making process is automated from paper feeding, gluing, folding to collection.

Paper feeding section:
Seven 30mm wide paper feeding belts (or five 30mm wide paper feeding belts); 14mm metal plate is adjusted horizontally to set the width, and the embossing power guide wheel guides the paper output belt: baffles are set on the left and right sides to match the product style Move left and right; the paper feeding section is equipped with three paper ejection knives to adjust the asymmetric length according to the actual sample; the entire coordination is completed quickly and easily and continuously automatically feeds the paper correctly; equipped with a stepless variable speed to adjust the paper feeding distance.

The folding part:
This folding part is made up of a combination of a 50mm bottom and a 50mm wide belt (the belt of the 650/850 model is appropriately narrowed); the left and right sides complete the second folding line 180 degrees. The fourth folding line is fully integrated at 180 degrees; the left and right guide wheels are adjusted according to different positions for smoother folding; The lower bearing guides the belt to run correctly. A set of stepless speed change devices on both sides can adjust the speed of the belts on both sides to achieve the effect of correcting deviation.


Conveying part:
A conveying part equipped with a cylinder, which is evenly pressed and neatly conveyed to ensure the perfect quality of the box;
