Functional configuration:                             

• Control system,adopt new design philosophy of mechatronics, combination of memory reset functional LCD computer phase instrument and planet circumference adjust plate system, realize adjustment without stopping machine  and control precision can reach to 0.1mm,preset counter, can input production quantity in advance, automatic alarm when number in place and avoid overstocked products and wasting.
• Transmission system, each transmission shaft and gear adopt no key joining ring and crosshead shoe transmission mechanism,realize complete machine gear running without interval,improve printing precision greatly.
• Ink transfer system, adopt high precision anilox roller and ink transfer rubber roller,independent motor drive, overrun clutch separation, guarantee machine stop but ink not, pneumatic diaphragm pump inking and pneumatic lifting plate.  
• Whole cast iron rails, aging treatment,integration of machining center, precision machined solid wallboard use 140mm joist steel strengthen connection.
• The whole machine fasting bolt all adopt standard Grade 8.8 strengthen screw.so that maintain whole machine stability.

Feeding unit:

4.rubber roller

• Rubber camber specially grinding, improve ink transfer effect.

5. phase adjusting device

• Planet gear structure
• Adopt LCD computer phase control instrument, makes operation more convenient and accuracy.
• Printing phase adopt electric digital type 360o adjustment.(machine running or stop can adjustable), phase adjustment reach to 0.15mm.
• Printing roller adopt electrical adjust phase, any position adjustment under static and dynamic condition, Micro adjust precision can reach to 0.10mm, after remove unit, reset to zero at any time if found dislocation position, precision can reach to 0.5mm.  

6. ink circulation

• Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump, supply ink steady, operation and maintain easily.
• Equipped with ink filter screen, filter impurity.

7. Printing phase fixed device

• Air cylinder type brake structure
• When machinery separate or adjusting phase, the brake device control the machine moving, keep the position of the gear fixed.

8 .axial adjustment
