• 1. The base is made of integral steel plate, the main wall thickness is 20mm, laser cutting technology is adopted, and after cold heat treatment, the rigidity of the whole machine is good.
  2. The guide plate adjustment adopts double-sided adjustment of the screw, optional electric adjustment, and the upper and lower guide plates can be adjusted at the same time.
  3. The paper feeding section is equipped with an intermittent belt conveying method with a stepless speed change device, and the intermittent conveying distance can be adjusted according to the length of the paper.
  4. Pneumatic conveying part ensures perfect carton sticking effect without opening glue.
  5. The machine transmission adopts a new type of imported arc-tooth synchronous belt and a Sino-foreign joint venture Jaguar brand, with accurate and stable transmission, low noise and long service life.
  6. The main transmission bearings and bearing seats adopt bearings imported from Japan.
  8. The flat belt adopts the  belt imported from Japan.
  9. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, which is easy to operate; PLC and touch screen adopt imported electrical appliances, which are stable and reliable, and have low failure rate. The whole machine adopts dual inverter control, which makes the control more accurate.
  10. Low-voltage electrical appliances use German Siemens (such as AC contactors, intermediate relays, etc.).
  11. Flexible function, according to the selected configuration, it can meet the forming of various shapes and specifications of cartons.
  12. The whole machine is equipped with two sets of stepless speed rectifiers.
  13. The motor adopts the well-known brand TECO motor and is equipped with wireless remote control.
