Feeder Part:(Zero pressure type)

2. Dust removal system

3.Feeding system
1)One set of feeding roller: feeding roller outer diameter is ¢154.3 mm(upper feeding roller), high quality alloy solid steel wrapped with wearable rubber, Static and dynamic balance correction
2)Lower feeding roller ¢162 mm, embossing and hard chrome plating, static and dynamic balance correction.
3)The clearance of feeding is adjusted by worm gear box reducer to achieve electric adjustment, digital display adjusting range 0-12mm.
4) 3 shaft ceramic feeding wheel vacuum suction transmission is equipped behind feeding roller, it feeds cardboard to next printing unit.

4, Automatic feed operation control (zero setting)
