  1. Feeder Parts:
 

1. Machine Clutch

(1) Electric control machine clutch with alarm bell, continuously ringing during operation to ensure operator safety.

2. Servo Drive

(3) Extended full-length paper feeding method with adjustable paper feeding length, improving paper feeding stability and accuracy.

3. Adsorption-type Lead-edge Paper Feeding System (Dual-box Vacuum Adsorption)

(1) The leading-edge paper feeding mechanism minimizes clogging during the paperboard feeding process.
(2) A suction fan assists in paper feeding, ensuring smooth feeding of curved paperboard. The airflow can be adjusted for different sections according to the size of the paperboard, maximizing the vacuum adsorption force and making paper feeding more accurate.
(3) The left and right side baffles and the rear baffle are controlled by a computer system, allowing for intelligent adjustment and positioning of the paperboard width.
(4) The paper feed rollers are made of polyurethane material, providing high friction and long durability.
(5) Suitable for three-, five-, and seven-layer corrugated paperboard, including E-type corrugated paperboard.
(6) A paper counter sets and displays the production quantity.
 

4. Paper Feeding Blowers

(1) The paper feed rollers are made of high-quality polyurethane wheels.
(2) The frequency converter adjusts the airflow of the vacuum adsorption fan to ensure the printing requirements of different paperboard specifications. It meets the adsorption requirements of different paperboards while saving energy. (3) The ceramic rollers are dynamically balanced for smooth operation.
(4) Multiple roller arrays ensure smooth and stable paper feeding.
(5) The vacuum adsorption box fan is controlled by a frequency converter, allowing for adjustable airflow.

5. Control Panel

(1) The control panel features a 10-inch touchscreen, allowing control of the paper feeding, printing, slotting, and die-cutting sections for easy operation.

6. Advantages of Servo Paper Feeding

(1) The paper feeding, printing, slotting, and die-cutting sections are automatically zeroed by servo mechanisms.
(2) For general cartons, an automatic zeroing device is used; a single test print is sufficient to adjust to the correct position, reducing cardboard waste.
(3) Compared to traditional paper feeding mechanisms, the horizontal corrugation (reverse corrugation) paper feeding accuracy is significantly improved, and paper jams are less likely.
(4) This servo pressure-free paper feeding system eliminates the need for paper feeding rollers, ensuring a smooth and undamaged feeding process. (5) Removing the paper feed roller simplifies paper feeding unit maintenance. The roller no longer needs replacement, and the paper feed bearing seat holes on the paper feed unit wall panel no longer require replacement due to wear.
(6) This servo-driven pressure-free paper feeding system prevents damage to the cardboard during paper feeding, reducing its weight by 5-20g while maintaining the cardboard's compressive strength as before the modification. This effect is more pronounced with lower-quality cardboard.

(7) Multiple servo drives combine for motion control, achieving a paper feeding accuracy of ±1mm.
(8) Paper feeding speed: 300 meters per minute.
(9) Pressure-free paper feeding does not damage the cardboard's strength and allows for transverse feeding.
(10) This machine offers single-sheet, continuous, and intermittent paper feeding functions, with a maximum paper feeding length of 50mm (including the plate circumference).

  1. Printing unit
  1. Printing Rollers
(1) Designed with a dual printing plate switching mechanism, allowing plate changing on either printing roller while the other is in operation, achieving plate changing without stopping the machine. An automatic AB roller switching system is implemented.
(2) The printing roller drive uses a German Siemens servo drive.
(3) Outer diameter is Ф516mm (including plate outer diameter Ф530mm).
(4) Steel plate material, surface ground and hard chrome plated, balanced and calibrated for smooth operation.
(5) Reference lines are engraved on the roller body in the horizontal and circumferential directions for easy plate alignment.
(6) Ratchet-fixed plate winding shaft.
(7) Full-plate groove, suitable for 9mm plate hanging strips.
For loading and unloading printing plates, the upper roller can be used for loading and unloading printing plates at any time while the lower roller is in operation. A push-button switch electrically controls forward and reverse rotation for quick plate hanging.
 
  1. Suction Box

(1) The air box drive adopts a German Siemens servo drive.
(2) The air volume of the vacuum adsorption fan is adjusted by frequency converter to ensure the printing requirements of different sizes of cardboard. This saves energy while meeting the adsorption requirements of different cardboard types.
(3) The impression roller is made of high-quality seamless steel pipe, precision-machined, and surface-polished with hard chrome plating.
(4) After static balancing, the impression roller undergoes dynamic balancing correction for smooth operation.
(5) Multiple rows of ceramic rollers are arranged to ensure smooth and stable paper feeding.
(6) The lifting gap of the suction box is electrically adjustable/digitally controlled, with automatic positioning set via the human-machine interface.
(7) The vacuum adsorption box fan is controlled by a frequency converter, and the air volume is adjustable.
The vertical adjustment range of the printing impression box is 0-12mm.
  1. Ink spreading section
1.Ceramic anilox roller
(1) The ceramic anilox roller uses a German Siemens servo drive.
(2) Outer diameter is Ф216mm.
(3) The steel pipe surface is precision machined, then coated with imported ceramic powder and engraved using an imported laser engraving machine.
(4) The mesh is regular, the mesh wall is smooth, the mesh bottom is flat, the ink transfer volume is large, the ink release is fast, and it is easy to clean.
(5) The gap between the anilox roller and the printing roller is adjusted by computer with a digital display; the adjustment range is 2-10mm.
2.Introduction to Ceramic Anilox Rollers with Scrapers         
(1) Ceramic anilox roller paired with a semi-enclosed doctor blade.
(2) The doctor blade system utilizes American technology, ensuring high-quality printing, ultra-low wear, and preventing evaporation for a more environmentally friendly result.
(3) The anilox roller and inking plate adjustment are pneumatically driven, automatically disengaging in case of air supply interruption.
(4) The gap between the anilox roller and the printing plate wheel is finely adjustable.
(5) The ink pump is a single-diaphragm pneumatic water pump, capable of recovering accumulated water within the pump and pipes, along with a filter and ink circulation system.
(6) Quick-release ink cartridges made of stainless steel for improved cleaning efficiency.
(7) The doctor blade's inner cavity is coated with Tefln to prevent ink from sticking to the cavity, facilitating cleaning.

3.Ink supply system:
(1) Pneumatic diaphragm pump: simple to operate, easy to maintain, and provides stable ink supply.
(2) Circulating pneumatic inking system with automatic ink cleaning.

4. Phase adjustment mechanism
(1) The printing plate roller adopts servo phase adjustment, current position memory, and segmented start and stop control, which ensures precise fine-tuning and time-saving for large-scale adjustments.
(2) The printing phase is controlled by PLC and touch screen, and can be adjusted by electric digital 360° (both operation and stop can be adjusted).
(3) The horizontal positions on both sides are adjusted by computer, with a total distance of 20mm.
5,Printing Group Function Introduction
(1)Memory return to original printing position function: When the printing roller is rotated after cleaning the printing plate, the relative positions of each color printing before stopping are automatically recorded.

3. A button-operated, synchronously operated electric axial movement allows for synchronized adjustment of the upper and lower creasing rollers and slotting blades, along with an electric height adjustment function.
4. A planetary gear-type phase adjustment mechanism with a digital display allows for electric adjustment of the slotting phase and slotting box height.
5. High-quality alloy steel slotting blades are used, with a toothed blade width of 7mm.
6. Lubricated and wear-resistant guide blocks are included to ensure correct positioning of the creasing rollers and slotting blades and increase durability.

Operation Control

1) Electric control switches are used to adjust the axial, longitudinal, and box height dimensions of each knife holder.
2) The paper feed gap uses a manual, quick-adjustment, fine-tuning self-locking device.
3) An emergency stop device is installed to ensure safety.

2. Slotting Phase/Box Height Adjustment:

1) 360° forward and reverse slotting phase adjustment, fast and accurate.
2) Phase zeroing device ensures consistent slotting position.
3) Box height adjustment uses an internal gear structure for electric adjustment, avoiding gear oil contamination of the cardboard.

3. Paper Separating/Slotting Knife Holders

1) Slotting knife thickness 7mm, high-quality alloy steel heat-treated toothed slotting machine, manufactured by a professional manufacturer to ensure quality.
2) Shaft diameter is Φ156mm. Surface polished and chrome-plated for smooth movement.
3) Automatic axial adjustment of the slotting, paper separating knife holder, pressure roller, and pre-pressure roller positions.
4) Movable slotting knife, suitable for producing large-size double-sheet boxes.

5) Unique spring-loaded chip removal device reduces costs and extends service life.
6)Slotting interval and box height are automatically adjusted using PLC and rotary encoder control.
  1. Rotary Die Cutter unit
1. The die-cutting section uses a German Siemens servo drive for independent operation. It automatically zeros along with the printing section, and this independent servo drive completely eliminates the impact of vibration during die-cutting on the front printing unit and printing quality, ensuring accurate color registration.
2. A virtual spindle synchronous servo drive system is used, coupled with a closed-type high-precision planetary reducer.
3. Equipped with a 7-inch color touchscreen, it allows for adjustment of the die-cutting phase. The die-cutting pressure gap and template roller axis are digitally displayed using PLC control.
4. The rollers are made of high-quality steel with a hard chrome plated surface and are balanced to increase operational stability and reliability.
5. The die-cutting roller and soft roller adopt international standard dimensions. The die-cutting roller diameter is 480mm, plus the template diameter of 530mm, and the soft roller diameter is 434mm (454mm outer diameter of the urethane sleeve). Suitable templates and rubber pads can be purchased anywhere.
6. The gap between the die-cutting roller and the rubber pad roller is electrically adjustable.
7. The die-cutting roller adopts a three-planetary phase design, ensuring high precision and large load-bearing capacity. Stopping and starting can be electrically and digitally adjusted 360°, all within the touchscreen interface. Electric adjustment and digital control are combined.
8. The left and right lateral movement of the die-cutting roller is controlled via the touchscreen, electrically adjusted and digitally controlled, with an adjustment range of ±10mm.
9. When paper feeding stops, the soft roller automatically rises, reducing wear.
10. The rubber pad uses a high-quality polyurethane felt sleeve, achieving a 100% cut rate and smooth cuts. The rubber pad replacement sequence should follow the rubber pad installation and removal operation manual.
11. The rubber pad roller uses a mechanical cam-type left and right movement (20mm) device, ensuring each cut is in a different position, effectively extending the service life of the felt sleeve.
12. The upper and lower die-cutting rollers have different diameters, but their linear speeds are equal. This allows for control of the die-cutting blade's infinite, non-cyclic operation in the circumferential direction, resulting in more even wear on the rubber sleeve.
13. Linear speed compensation device: When the diameter of the soft roller changes, the automatic linear speed compensation device automatically tracks and compensates, eliminating the need for manual speed adjustment. This ensures that the die-cut dimensions of each batch of cartons are completely consistent, while significantly extending the service life of the felt sleeve and die.
14. Automatic soft roller repair device: This device can repair worn felt sleeves multiple times. The repaired felt sleeves are smooth and clean, maintaining the same performance as new felt sleeves. This greatly improves the reusability of the felt pads.
  1. Vibration Stacker unit:
  • The height of stack is 1600mm.
  • The rise and fall of working platform by powerful chain drive. Lift motor with brake function, to maintain a fixed position, and not to slide.
