10.Material selection:
1, Main transmission gear
1) 40Cr alloy steel material, after tempering, high-frequency treatment, high precision grinding teeth.
2) Six-level accuracy, smooth operation, low noise, hardness HRC58-62, long life, small wear, can ensure that the printing color accuracy is unchanged for a long time.
3) The phase gear is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, tempered and carburized by high-precision grinding, hardness HRC58-62.
4) Planetary gear using 20CrMnTi, tempering after tempering, carburizing grinding treatment, quenching HRC58-62.
2. The wall panel is made of solid casting with a thickness of 60mm and processed by tempering, so that the machine runs smoothly and the wall panel is not deformed.
3. The connecting bar is welded with 200mm square steel to make the machine run stably without vibration.
4. The walking track uses cast iron track, walking stability.
