High speed semi automatic pasting box machine can be used for AA,AB two pieces or single piece carton box molding . This machine can replace manual gluing machine ,reduce the labour strength . Because of the automatically is high ,it is compared with traditional gluing carton box machine , Both reduce the manpower , and greatly improve the quality of products , and reduce the labour cost . The pressing and sticking department of this machine outputs finished carton box from the paper feeding end .one worker completes the paper feeding and collects the finished carton box , the another worker specially folds and corrects the carton box .  So this machine only need two workers to compete the operation and reduce the area occupied of the equipment . This machine adopts double frequency converter to adjust speed , PLC centralized control , operating control accurately .

The paper feeding system is equipped with strength suction paper feeding , can transport single , double pieces paperboard . In the double feed mode , the lift and right of paper feed wheels have independent servo driving device to cooperate with the action of bonding part , no matter whether he cardboard on the left and right sides reaches the paper feeding wheel on the other side of the paper feeding part to stop the paper feeding.

  When the adhesive department is making double sheets carton box molding , two sheets can be coated with glue(middle hot melt glue ) ,Three parts pneumatic positioning , the upper pneumatic pressing , the two pieces is adhesive into one , adhesive is firm . The pressure paperboard department is the final molding structure . After the gluing into one piece , it can be folded into shape by manually . Meanwhile pressing the lines for the carton box ,  and the tile line of the cross problems to be corrected manually, into the bottom of the machine from the surface of the pressing belt to complete the final molding.
