 Functions and features

The whole machine is servo controlled and independent unit servo drive, which can increase or decrease the unit arbitrarily, and is not restricted by the mechanical transmission structure. The servo drive has a fast instantaneous response, high positioning accuracy, multiple operating modes, and high system stability.
 
Control system: adopts servo driver, programmable control (PLC) industrial-grade man-machine interface and frequency converter as the core electric control system; realizes easy and intelligent rapid replacement of production orders, making machine production and adjustment more Humanized and safer.
   
Transfer system: Each unit is fixed with a unit, adopts a full-process vacuum adsorption paper conveying device to realize high-speed and precise overprint printing.
     
 Ink transfer system: The ink scraping system cooperates with the high-net-line ceramic netting roller to achieve 100-150 high-net-line and high-definition printing, which can significantly improve the effect of single-color dots and multi-color overprinting. Pneumatic diaphragm pump supplies and discharges ink, which makes the operation fast, saves ink and is convenient for flushing.

The paper feeding department, printing department, and die cutting department return to the zero position electrically. Generally, the carton uses the automatic zero device and the automatic color register function. You can adjust the position of the overprint by trial printing a few pieces of cardboard and reduce the waste of cardboard.

The negative pressure suction flat leading edge paper feeding method ensures efficient and accurate feeding of various corrugated and warped cardboard.
