Characteristics

• BFY-8 series thin knife slitting indenter adopts thin knife slitting, grinding wheel sharpens the edge of the slitting cardboard, making the edge of the slitting cardboard smooth, flattening phenomenon minimal, improving the appearance quality and overall quality of the cardboard, especially conducive to future cardboard printing, thereby reducing waste products and improving the quality of cartons.
• The grinding tool is switched manually and automatically. The grinding time and stop grinding time can be selected according to the running speed of time or cardboard to keep the edge sharp and make the cardboard sliced smoothly and neatly.
• The cutter can be switched according to the number of cardboard slitting, and the width of slitting and pressing line can be adjusted manually. The size of cutter disc can be adjusted arbitrarily for different wear procedures.
• Characteristic: It is driven by two rubber shafts after first pressing line cutting, alloy paper splitting knife and transmission blade synchronous belt. When changing blade, it can be quickly replaced. The paper pulling by rubber shaft is one step higher than the same equipment in the past.
