• Automatic folder gluer stitcher machine consists of three section: vacuum feeding section ,gluing and folding section,stitcher secxtion ,counter and stacker section.
• All motors are made of Taiwan Shengbang motors except frequency conversion motors. Frequency conversion speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control (double PLC, double touch screen), the whole machine electric adjustment, only need to input three data (length, width, height dimensions) on the touch screen, the machine automatically adjusted to the position. The operation is simple and reliable, the highest speed of the carton is 180m/min, and the average speed of the carton is 150m/min.Nail box 4 nails 70 pieces/minute. High speed energy saving and labor cost saving.

It can be controlled independently, and the nail head can rise and fall automatically, realizing free conversion between the glue box and the nail box without removing any parts. One key adjustment makes the operation simple and fast. The three servo control adopts the mechanical hand paper pushing structure (forward stop and backward push), which makes the cardboard forming more accurate.
 

Imported wear-resistant rubber belt conveyor board, longer use; Paperboard correction device and line pressing device, line pressing wheel adjustable, suitable for paperboard thickness of 2-8mm; Secondary indentation mechanism for secondary indentation of cardboard with poor indentation quality.
 

The principle of counting and stacking is simple and reliable. The whole electric transverse movement of the stacking part ensures the stable output of the carton with large offset mouth.
 

The new manipulator design ensures the stability of small cardboard stacking.
 

Paper feeding belt omni-directional electric adjustment, simple operation, easy to use.
 

Calibration part of the baffle change order by one key, automatic adjustment. Deviation correction function, deviation adjustable. Counting out using pneumatic mode, accurate and fast action.
